So this time if you are planning to give your Campus Interview for “VALUE LABS” this time, then this will be benefited for you surely. As per the last campus interview conducted in one of the Engineering Colleges and here are some tips which might assist you for your interview preparation.

There were 4 rounds that were conducted in the Campus Interview of VALUE LABS.
1. Written Aptitude Test.
2. Group Discussion.
3. Technical Round.
4. HR Interview Round.

1. Aptitude Test section consists of the following:
1. It had 30 problems of 1 mark each.
2. It had 4 different sections (Verbal + Aptitude + Analytical + Logical).
3. No Negative marking was there.
4. Total time given was 30 minutes.

Type of questions:
1. In section 1 there were 9 questions, where in you need to do some Spelling Corrections, Antonyms, Synonyms etc..
2. Section 2 had 7 questions which was consisted of Mathematical Numerical Problems on Numbers, Average, %age etc.
3. Section 3 had 9 Questions based on Analytical Problems.
4. Section 4 had 5 Logical Questions based on the computers.

2. Group Discussion round consists of the following topics:
1. Whom do you prefer the most, a Smart Worker or a Hard Worker?
2. Why there is an increase in demand of IT enabled services in industry?
3. What is the impact of Revolution in the IT Security sector in India?

3. For Technical round, the questions that were asked are as follows:
• Tell me about yourself?
• What are your strengths?
• What are your achievements?
• What do you know about IT industry?
• How do you learn new things?
• What is the difference between C and C++?
• What are pointers?
• What do you mean by inheritance?

4. For HR round, the questions that were asked are as follows:
1. Tell me something about yourself?
2. What do you mean by success?
3. Where do you see yourself in VALUE LABS?
4. What are your strengths?
5. What are your shortcomings?
6. What is your family background?
7. Why do you want to join VALUE LABS?
8. Where would you like to see yourself 5 years down the line?
9. What are you salary expectations?
10. Would you like to ask any question from our side?
