A workshop on “Personality Development” has been recently organized by “Seth Jai Prakash Polytechnic, Damla” between 3/5/11 to 5/5/11, for its Computer Engineering Students in collaboration with Sedulity Solutions and Technologies, New Delhi. The workshop intends to make the students more self-assured, so that they could be employed by any good Company. The workshop covered other key areas as well like, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Group Discussions, Interview Cracking Techniques, Soft Skills, Professional Resume Building, How to face the personal interview, etc.
 
There were lot of discussions held on various topics between Mr. Mukul Girdhar & the students which has helped the students to become self-motivated and also urge them to speak confidently. In our country students have the degrees, however; very few of them actually get a good paid salary job and that is only because of the lack of good Communication, Mr. Girdhar said. He also said that each and every student is equally good if he or she present himself or herself along with personality and technical skills, which will ultimately be benefited to the students in the long run.
 
Mr. Girdhar also appreciated the college Authorities, who have initiated to start such kind of workshops for the better enhancement of their students. Mr. Anil Kumar who is the principal of college show gratitude to Mr. Mukul Girdhar for his valuable contribution and congratulate all the students who attended the workshop. He also thank to Mr. Sanjeev Sehgal, HOD of the computer Science department and his entire team for their contribution during the workshop and also said that this workshop will be definitely benefited for all the students in terms of clearing their interviews and also for their personal development.
