Facebook & Google received another notice

Already struggling social networking site Facebook India and search engine Google India with Indian lawsuit to check and remove objectionable material from their web pages, got another notice from Delhi High Court. Based on a public interest litigation filed by K.N.Govindacharya, the Delhi High Court issued notice to the central government, social networking site Facebook India and Google India. Govindacharya, a right-wing Hindu activist in his PIL sought the recovery of taxes, which he alleges haven't come through as a result of the Indian operations of both Facebook and Google.

Google now ready to try its hands in Customer Service Business

Google Inc is now getting all set to get into customer service business as the world’s most preferred search engine company is gearing up to compete competition with e-commerce giant Amazon.com Inc. Google commenced a new certification service called Google Trusted Stores that helps shoppers see which online merchants ship quickly and reliably and which ones offer great customer service.
 
Google has been testing the free service with online retailers including Wayfair, Timbuk2 and Beau-coup. It is open to all U.S. merchants starting on Thursday.
 

Apple vs. Google, steaming up this summer

Apple and Google war is heating up now.
Apple on Monday is expected to announce its own mapping application, challenging the position of Google Maps as one of the most-valued features on the iPhone. It will unveil closer integration of its iPhone apps and iCloud storage service with all its devices, the latest riposte in its battle with Google's Android smartphone software.
It may promote the latest in Siri, the voice interface that the company thinks can continue to set the iPhone and the iPad apart from the Android pack.

LulzSec Reborn, a 3.0 version of the earlier LulzSec, has leaked 10,000 Twitter profiles’ passwords, Usernames, real names, locations, bios, avatars and secret tokens used to authenticate their accounts.
