So this time if you are planning to give your Campus Interview for “XANSA” this time, then this will be benefited for you surely. As per the last campus interview conducted in one of the Engineering Colleges and here are some tips which might assist you for your interview preparation.
There were 4 rounds that were conducted in the Campus Interview of XANSA.

1. Written Aptitude Test.

2. Group Discussion.

3. Technical Round.

4. HR Interview Round.

1. Aptitude Test section consists of the following:

1. It had 50 problems of 1 mark each.
2. It had 2 different sections (Mathematical + Logical).

3. No Negative marking was there.

4. Total time given was 50 minutes.

Type of questions:

1. In section 1 there were 25 questions, where in you need to solve the mathematical questions like Average, Time and Distance, Probability, Age, Profit & Loss, Average and numbers etc.
2. Section 2 had 25 questions consisted of Logical Reasoning and Technical Questions.

2. Group Discussion round consists of the following topics:

1. Is GD a correct tool in Recruitment Process?
2. Are Reality shows leaving good impact on children?
3. Why there is an increase in demand of IT enabled services in industry?
4. What is the impact of Revolution in the Financial sector in India?

3. For Technical round, the questions that were asked are as follows:

• Tell me about yourself?
• What are your strengths?
• What are your achievements?
• What do you know about IT industry?
• How do you learn new things?
• What is the difference between C and C++?
• What are pointers?
• What do you mean by inheritance?

4. For HR round, the questions that were asked are as follows:

1. Tell me something about yourself?
2. What do you mean by success?
3. Where do you see yourself in XANSA?
4. What are your strengths?
5. What are your shortcomings?
6. What is your family background?
7. Why do you want to join XANSA?
8. Where would you like to see yourself 5 years down the line?
9. What are you salary expectations?
10. Would you like to ask any question from our side?
